Do you have apartments available for more than 2 people?
Yes, we manage three different locations which are all close to the campus. We offer 2,3 & 4 bedroom apartments.
What amenities does the new Clubhouse have?
The new Clubhouse is great! We have a tanning bed, fitness equipment, a big screen TV, study lounge, pool table and an air hockey table.
How do I reserve an apartment?
In order to reserve an apartment you must complete an application and return the application to the office, along with a security deposit of $250 per person and an application fee of $50 per person. Understanding that the applications are binding agreements.
What amenities does this property offer?
We have a long list of amenities... South Rock: Fully furnished units, washer and dryers, air conditioned, on-site parking, all appliances including range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, private entrances, balconies or patios, and the list goes on! 654 S. Main Street: On-site laundry, elevator, on-site parking, study room, lots of closets
When is my monthly rent due?
Rental payments are due into the office by the 1st of every month. Rental payments can be made with a check or money order only, made payable to The Apartment Store…OR pay online at The Apartment Store
How close are you to the campus?
South Rock is directly across the street from the Slippery Rock University. Stone Crest and 654 S. Main Street are only 2 blocks from the campus.
What are the parking restrictions?
Our lots are posted, parking by permit only. Each resident who needs a parking space will be required to pay a fee per semester and pick up and display a valid parking pass. Vehicles without a valid permit displayed will be towed at the owners expense.
Will my parents have to sign anything?
If you are a full-time student, or can not verify sufficient monthly income so that the rental amount will not exceed 35% of the monthly income, Lessee (s) agrees to submit to The Apartment Store a guarantor form signed by both parents. If the parents are not able or willing to sign a guarantor form, The Apartment Store can accept, at its sole discretion, a guarantor form from another responsible adult who is gainfully employed offering sufficient financial security.
